A: You can go to our Etsy store to purchase our products online. We accept Pay Pal, so you can pay with your credit card. Items will be shipped as soon as payment is received.

Q: Do you create custom pieces?
A: Yes, we do! If you would like us to create a customized piece of jewelry just for you, contact us and we’ll be glad to help.

Q: How are the products shipped?
A: All packages are shipped via UPS. Insurance over $100 is not included in this option. To purchase additional insurance or upgrade your shipping to overnight, please send us an e-mail notifying us of your request and we will bill you separately. Please be aware that items shipped without insurance or to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship our products overseas via UPS. Shipping rates and fees may vary, so please contact us for specific rates. International delivery times may vary due to customs.

Q: Do you accept exchanges? What if I need to return a product?
A: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase and we will credit you upon the return of undamaged goods minus shipping fees. Just return items in original packaging and condition. (Sorry, custom orders are not refundable.)
